ELIGIBILITY FOR ONLINE DEALER RENEWAL

	Please carefully read the affirmation. If you as owner, partner, corporate officer, member, trustee, principal owner of an entity cannot affirm to all of the statements, you may not renew online.
	The following updates/changes CANNOT be completed in the same renewal transaction online: Change of Ownership Style Business Name Change Addition of DBA Name Change of Business Address Addition of New Makes to be Sold Addition/deletion of officers, members, trustees Order Additional or Replacement Plates (may be completed in a separate transaction)
	The following updates CAN be completed in the same renewal transaction online: Delete makes no longer sold Delete DBA names no longer used Reduce the number of plates to be renewed Update owner address information
	If you are not eligible to renew online, simply complete the paper renewal and follow the directions on the back regarding any changes needed. If you did not receive the paper renewal in the mail, please contact the Dealer Licensing Section.
	If you are eligible to renew online, please follow all prompts verifying the information on each screen. Payment can be made by electronic check or credit card*. Please keep the confirmation number for future reference.
	After completion, you will download and print the renewed dealer license (permit). The renewed registration cards and stickers will be mailed to the license location within 5 business days.

	Want to check the status of your license? – Wait 48 hours after completing the online renewal application. From our homepage select FIND A DEALER. Enter permit number. It will display the current status and expiration date.

	*A credit card fee of 1.95% or $1.75, whichever is higher, is charged per card transaction by a third party vendor. The Bureau of Motor Vehicles does not retain any portion of this fee.
